Facts about Global Warming

As the danger of global warming continues to increase each passing year and even each passing day, it becomes important for everyone to do their part to preserve the earth and the environment. If you are not familiar with the causes of global warming and how this will affect the earth in the long run, it is time to learn.

When you wonder weather global warming is something that has been caused by humans, you will find that the answer in any study is consistently yes. With a combination of deforestation, pollution and industrialization have greatly increased atmospheric concentrations of water vapour, methane and all greenhouse gases which help trap the heat in the earth’s surface. The fact is that humans are pouring carbon dioxide into the earth faster than the ocean and plants can absorb it.

The truth that needs to be faced in relation to global warming that even if every aspect of oxygen pollution is stopped today it will still not immediately stop global warming. There are many reports which have been compiled in order to understand what can happen in the future. The most recent reports states that the future may be filled with enormous food and water shortages as well as atrocious effects on the wildlife throughout the world. Other suggestions include the rising of the ocean of 7-23 inches which would flood and destroy almost every island in the world.

Global warming will not only cause massive water and food shortages in the future there will also be a huge outbreak in natural disasters around the world including strong tornados, droughts, heat waves and more. Although this is only the tip of the problem and it is only going to increase as the pollution and greenhouse gases increase. Global warming is an issue which needs to be resolved with the help of everyone. Without everyone’s contribution global warming only becomes a clearer reality.
